Refund Policy

CodeMask sells access to a digital service (prepaid monthly subscriptions with obfuscation credits). This policy explains when refunds are available. Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Creem.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used less than 20% of the obfuscation credits included in that billing cycle. This applies to a plan’s first purchase, not to recurring renewals.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your renewal date — you keep access until the current period ends. If a renewal was charged in error or you cancelled but were still billed, contact us and we will make it right.
3. What isn’t refundable
- Credits already consumed (obfuscations you have run).
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Redeemed license or gift codes, once applied to an account.
- Requests made after the 7-day window, except where required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@codemask.io from your account email with your order details and reason. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Creem.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
